The pages has been constructed using the standards on Cascading Style Sheets given by World Wide Web Consortium (www.w3c.org) as indicated by the following icon:

Netscape Navigator/Communicator 4.x users are deliberately excluded from some features due to the poor support for Cascading Style Sheets. Netscape has released a new version (6.01), which supports CSS.

Users can use the interface to increase the text size by two preset levels beyond the standard settings. Beyond these controls the user may be able to use preference settings in modern browsers to increase or decrease the text size further - please use the Help function of your browser for further instructions. The inbuilt interface also allows the user to choose an alternative coloured version as this may be of assistance to certain user groups.
