Telephone calls, SMS messages and email correspondence with Traveline, using the publicised telephone numbers and feedback addresses, may be recorded or monitored. By using such communication methods you are consenting to the recording or monitoring of the same.

Traveline, or its contractors, may contact you on the telephone number, text number or email address that you provide for the purpose of monitoring the quality of service provided or to provide details of major changes to the service. Traveline will not release your contact details to third parties without your consent.

Public Transport timetables can change at short notice. The Traveline information is updated each week from the most recent information available. You are advised to recheck the information closer to the time of travel, particularly if you are enquiring for information more than 14 days in advance.

Traveline information is sometimes adjusted to take account of the actual running of buses and any cancellations. However information will normally be provided according to the scheduled timetable.

Telephone

Calls to 0871 200 22 33 cost 10p per minute plus any charges your network provider makes.

Traveline will keep waiting time to a minimum but at times of transport disruption when call volumes rise significantly waiting times may increase.

The telephone service is subject to opening hours.

SMS text

Txt messages to 84268. The message you send will be your normal cost to send a text message. In some areas the reply will be free of charge. In most areas the cost of the reply is 25p.

The message will normally be returned within one minute. However Traveline cannot guarantee this as the delivery of messages depends upon the suppliers of the mobile phone networks.

Internet

Use of www.traveline.info is according to your normal charges for use of the internet.

If you have difficulty finding the information you require you are requested to telephone Traveline on 0871 200 22 33. (Calls cost 10p per minute plus any charges your network provider makes.)
